Base on my research, this are the 6 most effective ways to treat the mosquito bite. I can’t guarantee it because I still haven’t really tried them all. I only got to tried using the banana peel, apple cider and the lemon slice as for the other 3 I really got no Idea.
Just be careful in mosquito bite cause you my get caught with the virus called dengue!
People normally celebrate a special night called the silent night. Tonight, our family is also celebrating it, but ofcourse as being a mother, budget and healthy food is what I choose!

Delicious banana muffins that are easy to make. Great for breakfast paired with fruit smoothie or as an afternoon snack.
2/3 cup buckwheat flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup ground flax seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons stevia powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
kefir or 1 cup plain yogurt – click here to buy 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 ripe bananas, mashed
Begin by combining first the dry ingredients in a medium bowl then set aside.
Next is to combine all the wet ingredients in a larger bowl and mix lightly.
Then using a wooden spoon mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.
Spoon the batter into a mini-muffin pans and bake at 325F for 25 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool before removing them into their molds
Note: Baking time and temperature may need some adjustment if your using a conventional oven.

These delicious and easy crab soup is made with coconut cream and asparagus soup, flavored with curry powder.
3/4 cup water
2 cans coconut cream
1 Tablespoon curry powder
2 cans cream of asparagus soup
1 Tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 pound fresh crab meat, picked over and cartilage removed
1 Tablespoon chopped chives
Squeeze of lemon juice
Salt and pepper
Start by combining in a large saucepan the coconut cream, asparagus soup, water, curry powder, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
Simmer in low heat while stirring to combine.
Next add the crab and return to simmer.
Cook the crab until done and season it with salt and pepper and sprinkle some chives before you serve.

Rosemary Chicken Salad Sandwiches
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped smoked almonds
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 cups chopped roasted skinless, boneless chicken breasts (about 3/4 pound)
10 slices whole-grain bread
Simply combine the first 9 ingredients, stirring the mixture well.
Then spread on over each 5 slices of bread, 2/3 cup of chicken mixture then top with remaining bread slices.
Cut the sandwiches.

Strawberry Banana Cream Pie
Kefir – click here to buy 1 cup sugar
2 pts. Fresh strawberries
6 oz. strawberry jello
5 ripe bananas
1 cup cold water
2 cups boiling water
2 pre-cooked 9-inch pie crusts
1 pt. whipping cream, sweetened to taste for serving
Start by crushing the strawberries in a large bowl then add the kefir and sugar and stir until smooth.
In a separate bowl with strawberry jello, pour the boiling water and stir for two minutes then add cold water and stir again.
Next, slowly pour the jello mixture to the kefir strawberry mixture and stir until smooth, let it cool.
Cover with sliced bananas the bottom of the pie crust. Slowly pour the strawberry mixture over the bananas.
Refrigerate for at least two hours. If you like you can top it with sweetened whipped cream.

First is to place the strawberries in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Then place all the ingredients in a blender and blend fully until smooth.
