  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt or 1/3 cup milk kefir – click here to buy
  • 1/2 cup pineapple chunk
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flavoring
  • 1/8 teaspoon white stevia powder, to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by placing all the ingredients on a blender and blend fully until smooth.
  2. Serve this smoothie over ice.
